The location of the hotel is excellent, just across the train station and very close to downtown. This makes it a convenient choice for those who want to explore the city or catch a train. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with separate toilets and bathrooms. The hotel also provides facilities like a kettle, microwave, and refrigerator in the room, making it suitable for families. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some of the staff members were not as friendly and accommodating as expected.

We were relieved to have a cool and pleasant room to relax in after long days of exploring the city. The temperature control was excellent, and we were able to sleep peacefully without feeling hot and sweaty. The presence of blackout curtains was also a great addition as it blocked out the morning sun, great to sleep in comfortably. the air conditioner at Novotel Suites Hannover City was a game-changer and made our stay enjoyable despite the high temperatures outside. We highly recommend this hotel for a refreshing and relaxing summer getaway.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the train station and local attractions. The convenience of having a bus station right outside the hotel was also a great plus. I liked that there was a large shopping center just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up any necessities or do some shopping.

The difficulty I had with the Wi-Fi. Although I could send emails, I couldn't access any of my phone apps, quite frustrating.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hannover that exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - right outside the train station and within walking distance to the city center. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a good bed for a restful night's sleep. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the plastic module bathroom, which was clean and had all the required amenities. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste.
